Customer Care
Debbie Goodspeed is the office manager. Her job is to keep ARKLE running smoothly. Her responsibilites include work schedules, inventory and ordering, collections and reception. Debbie grew up here in Smyrna and has lived here most of her life. She has over 28 years experience in customer service and loves working with people and animals. Debbie has been with ARKLE since 2000. Before that she was an ARKLE client. The love of her life is all things Sheltie, most especially her first boy, Sebastian, now on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. She is currently owned by two spoiled cats, Morgan and Spirit, and a beautiful if somewhat spoiled kitten named Crystal.
Liz Choc is our receptionist, seen here with her "foster dog", Wally dressed up as a bumble bee for Halloween. Her other dog, also a beagle is named Smeegle . [You can click on Smeegle's name to see her photo]. Liz answers the phones, makes appointments, and handles a multitude of other customer service tasks. She has been with ARKLE since July 2008. Liz is originally from upstate New York and came to Georgia to attend Brenau University. After receiving a BFA in Dance Performance, she performed with the Georgia Ballet for three years. After a few personal trials and a career transition, Liz acquired two cats, Sugar and Spice. She fell in love with them and her love of companion animals was born. She began helping animal rescues and other non-profit animal groups. Liz is passionate about helping homeless pets and controlling the pet overpopulation. When not in the office, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband, Charles, her “kids” (Wally, Sugar and Spice), her friends and helping out Forgotten Paws, her favorite pet rescue organization. Liz's other "kid" Smeegle is now over the Rainbow Bridge, playing with Li'l Bud until they can be, one day far far off, reunited with the rest of their family.
Veterinary Assistants
Abe Levinson is the head veterinary assistant at ARKLE. He has been assisting Dr. Levinson care for pets since 1994. His responsibilities cover a wide range including but not limited to computer repair, radiography, client education and anesthetic monitoring. He enjoys working with dogs and cats very much. Their personalities are as varied as ours and he says he is always seeing something new. He does not currently have any pets, but always treats our patients as if they were his own. (Shelby, the puppy at left, was boarding with us and soon had Abe "wrapped around her paw". Abe continues to be her "slave" whenever she stays at the clinic!) His hobbies are computer graphics, photo restoration and all things having to do with cinema and film making. He also makes etched photo pet plaques and other customized objects to celebrate a special holiday or as a wonderful remembrance of a friend who now lives only in your heart.

Kiterri Dailey has been a veterinary assistant at ARKLE Veterinary Care since August 2010. She has been helping take care of animals since 2002. Her household is currently being run by Sola and Li Li, two very spoiled cats. The cats generously allow Kiterrie and her boyfriend, Chris, to live in "their" house. Kiterrie enjoys spending time with her friends, pets and horses in her free time.
Angela Bivens joined our staff June 2011. She has worked in the animal field since 1996. She currently shares her home with several dogs and a cat. Angela enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend, working out, biking, walking, reading and playing and caring for her pets.
