To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
If you are unable to keep an appointment we request you notify us so that appointment may be given to another pet. An appointment is a time specifically reserved to examine and treat your pet. Should you be unable to keep your appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is appreciated. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation will result in a $25 charge.
If you will be late, please call the clinic to inform the staff of the delay and expected arrival time. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, we may ask to reschedule the appointment in order to be able to provide ample time for your pet.

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept American Express,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.

Pet Assure is a discount plan that allows it members to receive a discount on select medical services for their pet. All pet assure accounts will be validated through pet assure, at the time of your appointment, prior to receiving a discount. If you are a Pet Assure member, please let our front staff know at the time of scheduling your appointment. Pet Assure discount plan CAN NOT be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or service packages. Cannot be used with Care Credit.
