Reservation Fee for Appointment Scheduling:

We do require all new clients or clients that have not been seen in over 3 years to leave a non-refundable reservation fee of $65.00 when scheduling an appointment. We will send you a text-to-pay link at the time of scheduling an appointment to process the reservation fee. If the reservation fee is not paid within 24 hours after the text-to-pay link is sent, then your appointment will be canceled. . This reservation fee may be transferred One Time provided you give us at least 2 business days of notice if rescheduling the appointment is required. Multiple needs to reschedule, cancellations with less than 2 days business notice, and/or failure to show for scheduled appointments forfeit this reservation fee, and a new reservation fee will be required for additional scheduling. If services are provided, we will credit you the reservation fee towards the cost of services during the appointment the reservation fee was taken for. Reservation fees are non-transferable to new appointments or between clients and/or patients.
